Welcome to Slug Racing!

"Slow but Furious" was created back in 2021 for a Game Jam. It's inspired by Drag Racing Flash games from the 2000s.

This is the Game Jam version of Slow but Furious with some additional fixes and translated to English. My plan here is to improve the story mode and add more variety to the gameplay, like different modes, more bosses, add more cosmetics and maybe some way to upgrade your Slug. The last thing will be to improve Online mode.  This mode was created just as a small challenge for myself, but after playing with some friends, I believe it is an addition that is worth the work.

Customize your Slug!

Style is king when it comes to Slug Racing. Change your colors, shell type and add accessories to earn your spot among the most fashionable slugs.

Race the leaders!

Story mode contains 5 bosses that need to be beaten so that you become the #1 Slug Racer in the world.

Play with friends!

Online mode works for up to 4 players. Still in development, there are some small issues here and there, but overall it works well.

To access Online and Quick Races you need to first complete the tutorial. To do so, just hit Play once, after completing the first race, you're good to go.
